Tempe Kemul
Fried seasoned tempe

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr tempeh
150g flour
50g cornflour
160ml coconut milk
20 sprigs of chives
oil
 
Haluskan;
bumbu:
4 cloves garlic
1cm kencur
1cm kunyit
3 canldenuts 
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat;
preparation:
Cut the tempeh into 12 slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and cut the chives into pieces.
Mix the flour with the cornstarch and mix it witj the coconut milk, the paste and the chives into a batter. Drag the tempe through the batter.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tempeh until golden brown.
