Gohyong Tahu
steamed spiced tofu

1 carrot (50g)
250g tahu
125 chicken, minced
50 g bayam
2 stalks chives
1 egg
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
banana leaf
Cara membuat:
Cut the carrot into thin strips, chop the garlic, bayam and the chives. Beat the egg and mash the tofu. Mix everything together except the oil and banana leaves. Spoon it on banana leaf and roll it up. Then steam the roll for 20 minutes. Remove the banana leaf. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the role until golden browne. Cut the roll into pieces and serve.
