tempe in creamy green pepper sauce

350 gr tempe
10 green lomboks
7 red lomboks
5 red rawits
5 green rawits
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 jeruk purut / kafir lime leaves
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
750 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
3 cm laos
3 cm jahe
1 cm kencur
1 kunyit, toasted
1 tbsp ebi, soaked and fried
cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into small thin slices. Cut the chilies diagonally and the rawits, the shallots, and the garlic fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu along with the shallots, garlic, jeruk purut, the lemongrass and salam for 3 minutes. Add the lomboks and rawits and fry for 3 minutes. Add the tempeh, santen, salt and palm sugar and cook slowly until tender.
