200 gr purselain
2 shallots
1 leek
5 cm ginger
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 lime (juice)
500 ml beef stock
200 gr beef
3 cloves

1 bunch celery leaves

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes. Cut the shallots and the leek fine. Shred the ginger. Cut the celery thinly. Heat in a pan the stock and add the meat, the cloves and the ginger. Cook it covered for 60 minutes until the meat is done. Add the lekke, the shallots, the kecap and the purselain and cook it for a few minutes. Mix in the lime juice. Spoon it into bowls and garnish it with the celery, then serve.
