Sop Sapi Kacang Merah
Beef soup with red beans
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 g beef with bone
2000 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
600 gr red beans
300 g carrots
300 gr potatoes
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cloves
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp pepper
2 spring onions (white part)
1 bunch of celery (stems)
Taburan:
Garnish:
2 tomatoes
2 spring onions (green part)
1 bunch of celery (leaflets)
2 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbps sambal tauco/taotjo
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the meat into pieces. Heat in a pan the water and bring to the boil together with the meat. Then let it simmer slowly. Chop the garlic and the shallots finely. Cut the carrot and the potatoes into pieces. Cut the spring onion and celery fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes and add to the meat.
Add the beans and cook gently when the meat has softened. Then add the carrots, potatoes, nutmeg, cloves, salt, palm sugar and pepper and cook until done. Then mix in the spring onion and celery.
Spoon the soup into bowls and garnish it with the tomatoes, the spring onion, the celery, the kecap and the sambal.
