Kuah Ayam Tomat Pedas

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
7 green tomatoes
3 cm jahe
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1500 ml water
1 tbsp asemwater
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 candle nuts
4 red chilies
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 20 pieces and marinate it for 20 minutes with the lemon juice and salt. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, spring onion into pieces and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jahe, the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the salt and palm sugar and stir well. Then add the water and the tomatoes and cook gently until tender. Mix in the asemwater and spring onion and serve.
