Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
1000 gr beef ribs
4000 ml water
300 gr grated coconut
3 sereh (lemongrass), bruised
3 cm laos (galangal), bruised
4 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt

Haluskan:
bumbu;
4 kemiri nuts (candle nuts)
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic

bawang goreng

Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Cut the ribs into pieces. Roast the coconut dry in a skillet until golden brown and grind it into a paste. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and cook it slowly for 45 minutes until done. Add the coconut, the bumbu, the sereh, the laos, the pepper, the jerut purut and the salt and let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Garnish it with the bawang goreng and serve.
