beef in a spicy broth

200g beef
200g tripe
200 gr beef lung
2000 ml of beef stock (see recipe)
50g peanuts
3 cm laos
4 lemongrass 
2 tbsp taoco
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
7 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe
3 candlenuts / kemiri
1 tsp ketumbar
2 stalks celery
1 lemon
sambal tomat
Cara membuat:
Heat the broth in a saucepan and add the meat, tripe and lung and cook it until tender. Scoop the meat from the pan and cut into pieces. Add it then back to the pan.
Roast the peanuts and pound or grind it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Add the peanuts, the paste, the laos, the taoco, the kecap, the lemon grass, salt and pepper and let it simmer until all spices are good repealed / mixed. Serve with lemon wedges, sambal and lengthwise cut thin strips of celery.
