Garlic chicken wings

150 gr chicken wings
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp fishsauce
1 tbsp kecap asin

Cut the wings in half. Pound or grind the garlic and the peppercorns fine and mix it with the kecap and the fishsauce. Marinate the wings with it for 30 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the wings golden brown and done.
