stir-fry of green beans with salted soybeans

250g green beans
3 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp tauco (salted soybeans)
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tomato
5 red chilies
2 stalks lemongrass
4 salam leaves
1/2 tbsp kecap manis
250 ml water
3 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the green beans diagonally into pieces, the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the chilies into thin strips and tomatoes into wedges.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the tauco and palm sugar and fry for 1 minute. Then add the tomato, chilies, the lemongrass and the salam and fry for 1 minute. Add the beans and mix well together. Then add the water and kecap and cook for 2 minutes.
