Ayam Masak Kemiri 2

Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
500 gr chicken
1 sereh (lemongrass), crushed
1 lime (juice)
200 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 kemiri (candlenuts)
4 red lomboks (large chilies)
4 red onions
3 cm kunyit (curcuma)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu and the sereh for 3 minutes. Add the meat, the limejuice and the santen and let it simmer slowly for 30 minutes until the meat has cooked.
