pork in green curry sauce

 400 g pork chops
1 tsp green curry paste (see recipe)
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp santen
1 shallot
7 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons white wine
4 tablespoons milk
2 tsp salt

Mix the meat with the wine, the salt and the milk and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. Slice the shallot and garlic fine. Heat a pan and add the shallots, the garlic, the curry paste, the turmeric and the santen and stir it well together. Then add the meat and the marinade, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes until done.
