Sayur Bayam Tumis
slowly fried spinach

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 bunches bayam (else 375g spinach)
5 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1 tomato
1/2 tsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the garlic and the shallots into thin slices and chop the tomatoes finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry gently until soft. Then add the spinach, kecep, the salt and pepper and mix well. Then add water and simmer slowly until tender.
