Sayap Ayam Manis Gurih

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
6 chicken wings
1/2 lime, juice
200 ml of coconut water
1/2 tsp palm sugar
10 jeruk purut leaves
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ketumbar
1/4 tsp jinten
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Rub the wings with the lime juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the bumbu, the palm sugar and the jeruk purut and bring to the boil. Then add the chicken wings and cook until the moisture has evaporated.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until brown. Serve.
