Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
125 gr oyster mushrooms
125 gr enoki
125 gr rice-straw mushroom
2 spring onion
1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
5 bakso sapi / meatballs
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
250 ml beef broth
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the oyster mushrooms into pieces, halve the mushrooms and cut the roots of the enoki. Cut the spring onion into pieces, the onion, the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices. Cut the bakso into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the bakso and mix well.
Then add all the mushrooms, the oyster sauce, the pepper, the palmsugar and the beef broth and bring to the boil. When the mushrooms are done, mix in the spring onions and serve.
