Sawi asin kuah bakar
salted cabbage with bakso and tofu

1 bunch sawi asin (salted cabbage)
5 bakso sapi (meatballs of veal)
1 tahu/tofu
1 tomato
5 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asemwater
2000 ml of water
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 cm kunyit
3 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbage into pieces, the bakso into pieces, the tahu into cubes and the tomato into wedges. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the paste and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, bakso, the tofu, salt, palm sugar and cabbage and cook until done. Mix in the asemwater and serve.
