Tumis Pare Asam Manis
Sweet/sour fried bitter gourds


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
4 bitter gourds (pare)
1 tbsp oil
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
75 gr chicken
75 green bell pepper
75 red bell pepper
100 ml water

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chilisauce
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Slice the garlic and the shallot fine, the bell peppers in pieces of 1x1 cm and chop or the meat fine. Mix the ingredients for the bumbu well. Cut the pare lengthwise and cut it in slices and sprinkle them with salt and let it rest. Press the pare and rinse it and let in dry.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallot and the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and fry it done. Add the pare and the bell peppers and
fry it for 1 minute. Add the bumbu and the water and let it cook shortly
