Brokoli Tumis Cabe Kering
500 gr broccoli
5 dried lomboks
2 tbsp kecap inggris (Worcestershire sauce)
5 tbsp chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
Cut the broccoli in flowers. Mix the salt with the water and add the broccoli for 5 minutes, then drain. Pound or grind the garlic and the lomboks fine into a paste.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 2 minutes. Then add the broccoli, the kecap inggris, the stock and the sesame oil and fry it until the broccoli is done. Then serve.
