Brokoli Tumis Udang
stir-fry of broccoli with shrimp/prawns
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr broccoli
150 gr shrimp/prawns
1 tsp lime, juice
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
2 tsp worchestersauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the lomboks into thin strips, the onion into thin slices and finely chop the garlic. Clean the shrimp but leave the tail. Rub the shrimp with the lime juice. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimp/prawms and fry until they change colour.
Add the worchester sauce, the kecap, the pepper, the fish sauce, the salt and the palmsugar and mix well. Then add the broccoli and the water and cook until done. Serve.
