Oseng-oseng Sayur

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr beef
1 red lombok
2 carrots
6 baby corn
5 kouseband / snake beans
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
300 ml beef stock
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Heat in a pan the stock and add the meat and cook it until done. Remove the meat and slice it fine. Cut the shallots and the carrots into thin slices, the garlic fine, the kouseband into small pieces, the lombok into thin strips and the corn in 2-3 cm long pieces.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lombok for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, the meat and the stock and cook it until the carrots become soft. Add the kouseband and the corn and cook it for 5 minutes more, then serve.
