Oseng-Oseng Pare Udang - stewed sopropo with shrimps

Oseng-Oseng Pare Udang
stewed sopropo with shrimps
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr sopropo/bitter gourd
1/2 tbsp salt
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
2 red lomboks
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 salam leaf
2 tsp taoco
100ml water
50 gr shrimps, peeled
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the sopropo in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the sopropo into slices and sprinkle with the salt and knead until it becomes soft. Then let it rest for 10 minutes and rinse and drain.
Cut the shallots, garlic and lomboks into thin slices. Puree the taoco.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 5 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the laos and the salam and fry it for 2 minutes. Then mix in the taoco.
Then add the water and bring to a boil. Then add the prawns and stir until they change color. Then add the sopropo and cook until done. Serve.
