Tumis Tahu Petai
fried tofu with peteh beans

1 block tahu/tofu
2 salam leaves
1/2 tsp trasi / shrimppaste
10 peteh beans
1 tomato
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
300 ml of water
5 red chilies
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into cubes and the tomatoes finely. Cut the peteh beans into slices or halve it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and the trasi for 3 minutes. Add the peteh and the tomato and mix well. Then add the tahu, the kecap and salt and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the water and cook slowly until done.
