stir-fried snakebeans with shrimps and tempe

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr snake beans
250 gr shrimps
200 gr tempe
2 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
1 tomato
1 tbsp palmsugar
5 tbsp kecap manis
4 tbsp water
3 cm laos (galangal)
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the snake beans into pieces, the tempe in cubes, the garlic and the shallots in thin slices, the tomat in small parts and the lomboks in thin strips. Heat in a wok half of the oil and fry the tempe golden brown. Heat in a wok the remaining oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks for 2 minutes. Add the salam, the snakebeans and the laos and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the shrimps, the salt, the palmsugar, the water, the tomato and the kecap and fry it for 3 min ues. add the tempe and fry it for 1 minute more, then serve.
