fried chicken with curry from Aceh

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
3 sprigs of curry leaves
1 lime, juice
2 shallots
7 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
4 cm jahe
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 25 pieces. Marinate the chicken with the lime juice and the salt and leave it for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into paste. Cut the shallots into thin slices and halve the keriting.
Mix the chicken with the bumbu. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken brown and done. Then add the shallots, the keriting and the curry leaves and fry until done.
