creamy and spicy salad

600 gr kacang pangjang (snake beans)
150 gr base jukut (see recipe)
125 ml chickenstock (see recipe)
3 red rawits (small chilies)
2 tbsp lime juice
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
9 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
Cut the kacang panjand into 0.5 cm long pieces. Chop the garlic fine and cut the rawits into thin strips. Heat in a pan the water and blanch the kacang panjang for 10 minutes until soft and then drain.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits golden brown and crispy. Heat in the wok the santen and add the stock and the base and stir until it boils and let it cool down. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
