stewed carambola leaves with minced meat

400 gr carambola leaves, otherwise spinach
3000ml water
450 ml coconut milk
2 salam leaf
300 gr beef, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
banana leaf

125 gr base gede

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan and blanch the carambola leaves for 5 minutes, then drain.
Divide the bumbu into 2 portions. Mix 1 portion with the meat and roll it up in banana leaf and steam it for 15 minutes until doen. Then pull the cured meat apart.
Heat a pan and add the other portion of the bumbu and fry it on low heat for 2 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and salam and cook over low heat until the sauce has thickened.
Then add the meat and mix well. Then add the salt, pepper and carambola leaves and mix well. Serve.
