Jengkol Manis Pedas
Spicy and sweet fried jengkol

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr jengkol
water
3 salam leaf
6 tbsp kecap manis
400 ml of water
2 tbsp water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
1 tsp pepper
5 kemiri nuts
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the jengkol. Heat the water together with the jengkol and the salam in a pan and cook the jengkol until tender. Drain and then crush/flatten the jengkol. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the jengkol, the kecap and the water and mix well. Continue cooking until the moisture has evaporated. Serve.
