Fried snake beans with tofu and tempé


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250 gr kacang panjang (snake beans/asparagus beans)
250 gr tahu/tofu
250 gr tempe
2 green lomboks
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palmsugar
3 tbsp kecap ikan (fish sauce)
2 tbsp taosi
water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Cut the tahu and the tempeinto small cubes. Slice the garlic fine and the lomboks into strips/ Blanch the kacang panjang in boiling water and cool it off. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the kacang panjang for 5 minutes and put them on a plate. Add the tempe, the tahu, the garlic and the lomboks and fry them. Add the kecap, the salt, the pepper, the palmsugar and the taosi and pour the sauce on top of the kacang panjang.
