Semur Jamur Brokoli
broccoli with mushrooms in dark sweet sauce

1 broccoli
200 gr mushrooms
5 shiitake mushrooms
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
2 cm jahe/ginger
1 tomato
10 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 spring onions
1500ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the broccoli into florets, halve the mushrooms and cut the shiitake into pieces. Finely chop the shallots, garlic and onion. Cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the water together with the shallots, garlic, onion, jahe and tomato and bring to the boil. Then mix in the mushrooms and the shiitake and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg and bring to the boil. Then let it simmer on low heat.
Then add the broccoli and cook until tender. Then add the spring onion and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve.
