Kacang Panjang Tumis Jamur
stir-fry of long beans with mushrooms
15 garter / snakebeans
100g oyster mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
Cut the beans in pieces and the mushrooms into strips. Mince the garlic and cut the shallots into thin slices.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the oyster mushrooms and the garter and fry gently. Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done.
