Oseng-Oseng Kangkung Petai
Stewed kangkung with peteh beans

3 bunches of kangkung (300 gr)
13 peteh beans
1 salam leaf
2 cm laos, grated
1/2 tsp of palm sugar
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml water
2 tbsp of oil

1/2 tbsp ebi, soaked
3 red lomboks
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Chop the tomato finely and halve the peteh beans.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Then add the peteh beans and tomatoes and mix well. Then add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the water and stew until done.
