Tumis Sawi Jamur Padi
stir-fry of mustard green with mushroom sauce

250 gr mustard green/savoy cabbage
200 gr chestnut mushrooms
600ml water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oyster sauce
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan and blanch the mushrooms for 2 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and drain the mushrooms. Then cut the mushrooms in half.
Cut the mustard greens/cabbage into pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the cabbage with the salt over a high heat until soft and set aside.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the mushrooms and mix in the oyster sauce. Mix the cornflour with the stock and add it. Then add the sesame oil and mix well and stir until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage and serve.
