stir fry of bok choy with tofu

200 g of paksoy / bok choy
1 tahu / tofu
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
1 salam leaf
2 cm laos
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
175 ml of water

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tahu into 7 slices and divide these slices into 4 pieces. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the tahu brown and set aside. Cut the shalots and garlic into thin slices. Seed the lombok and cut into slanted slices. Cut the paksoy into pieces.
Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallots, garlic, lombok, salam and laos for 4 minutes. Then add the paksoy and bake it soft. Then add the tahu, the fish sauce, the saus tomat sauce, the pepper, the palmer sugar and salt and mix well. Add the water and cook until done while stirring.
