Tumis Kangkung Tabur Udang
stir fry of kangkung with shrimp

400 gr kangkung
200 gr squid
300 gr shrimp
3 tbsp flour
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
2 onions
2 red lomboks
1 tsp tapioca flour + 1 tbsp water

Bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp angciu
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml stock

Cara membuat:
Cut the squid into slices. Peel the shrimp and cut the back open. Mix the shrimp with the flour and beat the excess off. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until crispy and set aside. Finely chop the garlic and grate the jahe. Cut the onion into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into thin rings.
Heat in a pan 4 tbsp of the used oil and fry the garlic and the jahe for 1 minute. Then add the onion and the lomboks and fry for 2 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Then add the sauce and the squid and fry while stirring until the squid changes color.
Then slowly add the kangkung and mix everything well. Then add the dissolved tapioca and stir until done and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the fried shrimp on top and serve.
