Tumis Kangkung tauco
fried kangkung with tauco

3 bunches kangkung
4 pieces bakso
2 cloves garlic
2 shallots
2 red chilies
1 tbsp rebon
1 tbsp tauco
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
50 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the kangkung into pieces, the balls into slices, shallots coarse, the garlic and chilies in slanting slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the kangkung, the rebon and bakso and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the tauco, the kecap, the salt and pepper and mix well. Then add water and cook until tender.
