Tumis Kangkung Rebon
spicy stir-fry of kangkung with rebon

2 bunches kangkung
100 gr bean sprouts
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm lengkuas / laos / galangal
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
2 salam leaf
2 tbsp rebon, soaked/brewed
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the kangkung into pieces. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices / rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, laos, lomboks and salam for 5 minutes. Then add the rebon and mix well.
Then add the kangkung, the bean sprouts, the salt, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and continue to cook. Serve.
