stir-fry of seasoned cabbage and bean sprouts

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr Chinese cabbage
75 gr bean sprouts
2 shallots
2 cm jahe
1 tomato
2 red lomboks
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100ml water
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp ebi, soaked and toasted

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the cabbage into pieces. Finely chop the shallots and grate the jahe. Cut the lomboks into rings. Cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the spring onion into 1 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the jahe, the lomboks and the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft.
Then add the cabbage and bean sprouts and fry until soft. Then add the fish sauce, the pepper, the palm sugar and the salt and mix well. Then add the water and the spring onion and cook until done. serve.
