Cah Sayur Bakso Udang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr shrimp heads and skins
3 cm jahe
500 ml of water
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
2 carrots
150 gr cauliflower
4 cabbage leaves
10 shrimp balls
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornflour + a little water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the water together with the shrimp heads and skins and the jahe in a pan and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and bring it back to a boil. Then strain the stock and keep 300 ml.
Finely chop the garlic. Cut the carrot into thin slices, the cauliflower into florets, the cabbage leaves into pieces and the balls into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the carrot, the cauliflower, the cabbage leaves and the balls and mix well. Then mix in the fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, palm sugar and pepper.
then add the stock and bring to the boil. Then mix in the cornstarch solution and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
