Kol Asam Manis
sweet and sour fried cauliflower

250 gr cauliflower
1 red bell pepper
4 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp palm sugar
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbage into florets. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Deseed the lomboks and cut them into strips. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bell pepper and 2 lomboks for 1 minute. Then add the cauliflower and salt and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining lomboks, the vinegar and the palm sugar and mix well. serve.
