stuffed cabbage rolls with sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
10 cabbage leaves
150 ml of water
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp kecap asin
100 gr chestnut mushrooms
4 green tomatoes
1/2 red bell pepper
2 jeruk peras (orange), juice
Bahan isi:
filling ingredients:
300 gr shrimp
1 tbsp tapioca flour
4 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 sprigs of celery
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the shrimps and garlic and chop the celery. Mix the ingredients for the filling until homogeneous and smooth. Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into cubes, the mushrooms into slices and crush the peppercorns.
Take 2 cabbage leaves each time and fill it with 1 portion of the mixture and roll it up tightly. Then tie it with kitchen yarn.
Heat the water in a pan together with the pepper, kecap, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell pepper and bring to the boil. Then add the cabbage rolls and orange juice and cook until done. Remove the yarn and serve.
