Jagung Goreng
fried corn with meat and bull pepper

250 gr sweet corn
200 gr minced meat
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 red bell pepper
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots and the garlic fine. Slice the peppers into thin strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the trassi and the peppers for 4 minutes. Then add the meat, the black pepper, the salt and the nutmeg and fry it "loose". Then add the corn and fry it until done, then serve.
