Young corn with mushrooms and egg

4 cloves garlic
2 green chilies
100g mushrooms
1 egg, beaten
75g bean sprouts
100g young baby corn
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml water
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic into thin slices, halve the mushrooms and cut the chilies into strips. Cut the sliced baby corn and spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them gently. Then stir in the egg and fry them loose. Add the corn and the bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. Add the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar followed by the water. Cook until the liquid has nearly evaporated, and stir in the onion and serve.
