Sawi Asam Manis
sweet and sour Chinese cabbage

250 gr Chinese cabbage
1 red lombok
3 cm jahe
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the lombok into thin strips or rings. Grate the jahe. Cut the cabbage into pieces. Mix the cabbage with the lombok, the jahe and the salt and let it rest for 4 hours.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and mix in the pepper. Then mix it with the cabbage together with the palm sugar and the vinegar and let it rest for another 4 hours. serve.
