Sate Jamur - Sate of mushrooms

Sate Jamur
Sate of mushrooms
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr jamur merang / rice straw mushroom / chestnut mushroom
1 salam leaf
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml water
1 tbsp oil
6 sate skewers
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, the kecap, the salt and the pepper and mix well. Then add water and cook until done.
Put the mushrooms on the skewers and roast the sate over a charcoal fire and bask them regulary with the sauce.
