Selada Air Bumbu Pelecing
watercress with a spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr watercress (white)
water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 lime, juice
4 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
7 red lomboks
1 tsp terasi / trasi bakar
1 cm kencur
1 tomato

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the watercress. Heat the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add the watercress and cook until the watercress turns light green. Then drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Then put the watercress on a plate.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then mix in the lime juice. Then spoon it over the watercress and serve.
