Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr of fern tops / fiddleheads
100 gr bean sprouts
7 shallots
50 gr ebi
1 tsp lime juice
200 gr grated coconut
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
1 cm jahe
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Roast the coconut until brown and then pound or grind it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Soak the ebi until it has softened and then mash it
Mix the fern tops with the bean sprouts and then steam them until done and set aside. Mix the shallots, ebi, bumbu and lime juice. Then mix in the coconut. Then mix it with the fern tops and bean sprouts and serve.
