Tumis Kering Bayam
stir-fry of spiced spinach

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr bayam / wild spinach
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and add the salt and the kecap and stir until the sauce darkens. Then add the garlic and fry until golden brown. Then add the bayam and fry it for 1 minute. Serve.
