Tumis kembang kol
stewed cauliflower

designated in:
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 sausages
3 tbsp oyster sauce
300 g cauliflower
50 g green beans
250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the onion into thin slices and chop the garlic. Cut the sausages, the green beans into pieces and cauliflower into florets.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the sausage. Add the oyster sauce and then the cauliflower and beans. Add the stock and simmer everything until done. Stir in salt and pepper and serve.
