Tumis Kangkung Cakalang Fufu
stir fry of kangkung with tuna

2 bunches of kangkung (250 gr)
200 gr cakalang fufu / smoked tuna / skipjack
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
5 jeruk purut leaves
100 ml of water
50 gr melinjo leaf
3 tbsp oil

5 shallots
6 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
4 red cabai keriting
5 green lomboks
3 cm jahe
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Shred the smoked fish. Chop the ingredients for the bumbu. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the fish and mix well.
Then add the kangkung and the melinjo and mix well. Then add the water and fry until done while stirring. Serve.
