Tumis Bokcoy Hati Ayam
stir-fry of bokcoy with chicken livers

250 g bokcoy
150 g snow peas or peas
4 chicken livers
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
2 red lomboks, seeded
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
1 carrot
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Steam the livers and then cut them into pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the lomboks into thin strips. Cut the carrot julienne and the snow peas into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic together with the jahe and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the salt, the palm sugar and the broth and mix well.
Add the carrot, the bokcoy, the snow peas and the livers and mix well and cook until done. Serve.
